Terms of Service
First of all, Pengis are meant to be fun, fun for you, and fun for me. However, like all games, there need to be some rules.
If you break the rules, you may be banned from purchases, or from the game entirely depending on the severity of the infraction.
I've kept these rules as simple as possible, so that they are read, and understood.
By using Pengis Breedable Game, you agree to the following terms:
- Don't reverse engineer.
- Don't export from Second Life.
- Be kind.
- Accept there may be updates.
- Accept there may be service interruptions.
- Accept that pengis might disappear one day.
- Changes to the TOS.
1. Don't reverse engineer.
Don't try to figure out how the Pengis work. It's a secret. If you do, I'll be sad.
Pengis are a complex system of scripts and objects that work together to create a fun and engaging experience. The scripts are not open source, and are not available for public consumption.
Exploits, cheats, or other attempts to circumvent the intended gameplay are not allowed.
2. Don't export from Second Life.
Don't try to take the Pengis out of Second Life. They are for Second Life only. If you do, I'll be sad.
Please do not attempt to export the mesh objects, textures, or scripts from Second Life. Pengis use a variety of assets that are not licensed for use outside of Second Life.
3. Be kind.
Don't be a jerk. If you are, I'll be sad.
Be kind to other players. Don't harass, grief, or otherwise be a jerk.
Be kind to any staff members. They are here to help, we are doing the best we can with the tools we have.
4. Accept there may be updates.
Updates may be required. If you don't update, you may not be able to play. If you don't like updates, I'll be sad.
Updates are required to keep the game running smoothly. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or other changes.
5. Accept there may be service interruptions.
Second Life is a fickle beast. If the grid is down, I can't do much. If you're mad about it, I'll be sad.
Not everything is under our control. Second Life may have outages, maintenance, or other issues that may affect the game. Vultr our VPS provider may have maintenance, hardware failure may occur
While we will do our best to announce any planned outages, sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
6. Accept that Pengis might disappear one day.
One day, the Pengis may go away. If you're sad about it, I'll be sad.
As with all things in Second Life, the Pengis may not be around forever. While I have no intention of leaving, life happens. If the Pengis do go away, I will do my best to give you as much notice as possible.
7. Changes to the TOS.
Legal stuff is hard. If I change it, I'll try to let you know. If you're mad about it, I'll be sad.
I may change the TOS, including but not limited to getting a real lawyer to write something.
